1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using jlrsolutionsllc.pro and engaging JLR Solutions LLC for services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Use License

JLR Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • Request quotes and information about our services

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without written permission

  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works

  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Site

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Site content

  • Uninterrupted or error-free access

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Results from our services (project outcomes depend on site-specific conditions)

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JLR SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption

  • Damages arising from service delays, project complications, or third-party actions

  • Any claim arising from use of the Site or services

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the prior 12 months.

This limitation applies even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JLR Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your use of the Site or services

  • Your negligence or misconduct

  • Breach of applicable laws

6. Service Scope and Limitations

Project Specifications:

  • Services are limited to the scope defined in our written proposal or contract

  • Changes to scope require written amendment and may affect timeline and cost

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party systems, pre-existing infrastructure, or client-provided specifications

Project Timelines:

  • Estimated timelines are non-binding unless specified in a formal service agreement

  • Delays may occur due to site conditions, material availability, permitting, or unforeseen circumstances

  • We will communicate delays promptly

Warranty on Work:

  • Labor is warranted for 12 months from project completion (unless otherwise specified in contract)

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors

  • Material warranties follow manufacturer specifications

7. Payment Terms

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

  • Payment terms will be outlined in formal proposals (typically 50% deposit, 50% upon completion)

  • Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Project cancellations after work begins may incur charges for labor and materials

  • Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement

  • No refunds for completed work unless defective per warranty terms

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during consultations and project work. This does not prevent disclosure required by law or to comply with legal orders.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Content on the Site (text, images, designs) is the property of JLR Solutions LLC

  • Project designs and documentation remain JLR Solutions' property unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • You retain ownership of your facility's infrastructure; we retain ownership of our documentation

11. Links and Third-Party Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control their content and are not responsible for their practices, accuracy, or legality. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

12. Modifications to Terms and Site

JLR Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or services without liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey

  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
