1. General Disclaimer

JLR Solutions LLC provides low voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, and project management services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties-express or implied-regarding:

  • Service results or project outcomes

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Merchantability or quality of work

  • Freedom from defects or interruptions

  • Compliance with third-party systems or standards beyond our scope

2. Site and Service Limitations

Technical Infrastructure:

  • We are not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party systems, ISPs, network providers, or client infrastructure

  • Pre-existing infrastructure conditions may affect our work; we will identify and communicate these during assessment

  • Results depend on proper maintenance, use, and adherence to industry standards

Environmental Factors:

  • We are not liable for delays or complications caused by weather, permitting, building code changes, or site access issues

  • Hidden infrastructure (pipes, cables, utilities) discovered during project execution may require scope modifications

Third-Party Equipment:

  • Warranties on equipment and materials are limited to manufacturer guarantees

  • We are not responsible for defects in third-party components or vendor issues

3. Limitation of Liability - Service Delivery

JLR SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Project delays beyond our control (permitting, material shortages, site conditions)

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, data, or profits

  • Damage to third-party systems or infrastructure

  • Claims arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or negligence by others

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability for any claim, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.

4. Professional Standards

Our services comply with industry standards and best practices for low voltage infrastructure. However:

  • We do not guarantee compliance with all applicable codes or regulations (client is responsible for final verification with local authorities)

  • Future changes to codes or standards may require modifications to completed work

  • We recommend periodic inspections and maintenance to ensure continued performance

5. Project-Specific Limitations

Scope of Work:

  • Services are limited strictly to the scope defined in written proposals or contracts

  • Requests outside the defined scope may require additional charges or separate agreements

Warranty Period:

  • Labor is warranted for 12 months from project completion

  • Material warranties follow manufacturer terms

  • Warranty excludes damage from misuse, environmental factors, or third-party modifications

Maintenance and Upkeep:

  • We provide initial setup and commissioning; ongoing maintenance is the client's responsibility

  • Performance degradation due to lack of maintenance voids warranty coverage

6. No Guarantee of Results

  • We do not guarantee that services will resolve all connectivity, performance, or infrastructure issues

  • Site-specific variables may affect actual performance

  • Further upgrades or modifications may be needed to meet evolving business requirements

7. Third-Party Integrations

JLR Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Compatibility issues with third-party systems or software

  • Performance of systems we did not install or configure

  • Failures in systems outside our scope of work

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying compliance with local building codes and regulations

  • Providing accurate information about existing infrastructure

  • Maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your facility

  • Arranging for necessary permits or approvals

  • Securing authorization to access and modify your facility

9. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, JLR Solutions is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Lost business opportunity

  • Interruption to operations

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Reputational harm

  • Any other indirect or consequential loss

10. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Middlesex County courts.
